Join Pride Health as a Certified Phlebotomist at Bellevue, WA! This is a 8 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Phlebotomist
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $22-28/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
- Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling
- Provide clear communication and reassurance to patients during procedures
- Handle pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using EMR systems
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Promote a positive image of the organization to patients and staff
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience – Required
Certification/License: Washington State Phlebotomy License – Required
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
