Title: Accounts Payable

Length of Assignment: 3months (Possible to extend)

Location: Boston Massachusetts 02118

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $32/hr.-$35/hr. On W2

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) process including employee reimbursements and corporate card management.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure policy compliance.
• Support and troubleshoot expense management system (Chrome River).
• Provide training and guidance to employees on expense reporting tools and policies.
• Coordinate with travel agency and internal teams for travel-related support.
• Review and audit expense reports and assist in month-end reconciliation.
• Generate reports, KPIs, and support audits and documentation requests.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company travel policy.
• Support Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams with ad hoc tasks.
