Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Temporary Field Marketing Events & Partnerships Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact regional events, influencers and sponsorships. This individual will work closely with a broad cross-functional team of partners including Go-to-Market, PR, Regional Market Teams, Public Policy, and external agencies.
This role requires an mid-level and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across functions and levels, and can independently manage the end-to-end logistics of regional events that support brand awareness, engagement, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end project management of field marketing events and sponsorships, from initial planning to post-event reporting.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PR, Public Policy, Regional teams) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
•Build and manage event timelines, materials, assets, and logistics.
•Ensure all deliverables align with brand, compliance, and messaging guidelines.
•Support on-site coordination as needed, including vendor management, regional staffing, and customer experience oversight.
•Create detailed event wrap-up reports summarizing metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
•Drive strong internal communication and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
•Identify and escalate risks early, ensuring timely problem-solving and contingency planning.
Ideal Candidate
•5–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
•Proven success managing events from concept through execution in a highly cross-functional environment.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – able to work well with a variety of personalities and navigate ambiguity.
•Extremely proactive and self-driven – anticipates needs and takes initiative without needing direction.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
•Experience working with agencies and external partners.
•Familiarity with healthcare, tech, or regulated industries a plus.
