Pride Health is hiring a Home Health RN to support our client's healthcare facility in Andalusia, AL. 

Job Details:
 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
 Location: Andalusia, AL | Coverage areas include Covington, Conecuh, and Butler counties
 Job Type: Contract
 Contract Length: 14 Weeks
 Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 Hours
 Pay Range: $52-$54/hr
 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:
 • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
 • Complete accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase.
 • Perform wound care, wound VAC management, IV site care and maintenance, and venipuncture as needed.
 • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
 • Must be willing to participate in on-call and weekend coverage rotation. 

Requirements:
 • License(s): Active Alabama RN License
 • Certification(s): BLS/CPR
 • Years of Experience: 1
 • Skills/Specialties/Technology: Homecare Homebase preferred
 • Preferred Skills: Wound care, wound VAC management, IV site care and maintenance, and venipuncture skills
 • Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
