FIN Financial Analyst III

The Science Team at Pride Health is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Financial Analyst III”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review stock-based compensation journal entries, reconciliations, and related financial reporting in coordination with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage global pension and post-retirement benefit accounting, including annual remeasurements and related journal entries.
• Support quarterly financial disclosures and ensure compliance with SOX controls for compensation, share counts, and benefit plans.
• Lead preparation of audited benefit plan financial statements and regulatory filings (Forms 5500 and 990).
• Streamline accounting processes and strengthen collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to forecasting, audits, technical accounting, Proxy reporting, ERP implementation, and other special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
• Experience with SEC reporting and SOX controls
• Knowledge and experience in accounting and financial disclosure preparation related to stock-based compensation (ASC 718), pension and post-retirement benefits (ASC 715), and/or basic and diluted share count (ASC 260)

• Contract Length: 3 Months
• Pay range: $50-$55/hr. on W2
