Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist to support Travel & Expense (T&E) processing and corporate card administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, customer support, and financial operations. You will work closely with internal employees—answering questions, reviewing expense reports, processing card applications, and supporting ongoing operational improvements.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite. There is potential for full-time conversion, though not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities
Process financial transactions and maintain various accounts and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable, journal vouchers, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, statements, and other accounting documents.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all processed transactions.
Conduct research into discrepancies and complete necessary corrections or adjustments.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide accurate information.
Perform data entry and verification tasks.
Prepare and run routine financial reports and analysis.
Support T&E workflows: review expense submissions, evaluate receipts, validate compliance, and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with corporate card administration including new card setup, maintenance, and reporting.
Answer employee questions via email and phone regarding travel, expenses, or card issues.
