Pride Auto Sales has an immediate opening for an automotive sales associate. We are a well-established independent dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia with a unique line of inventory. Our ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, and initiative sales associate. Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Call potential customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Present and demonstrate vehicles or service products to clients
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients

- Make satisfaction a priority while meeting sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and commissions
