What are the responsibilities and job description for the ROOFING FOREMAN position at Priceless Home Improvements?
High volume roofing/construction company has an immediate opening for an experienced roof inspector/job foreman to perform roof inspections on newly installed roofs and oversee roof installations. Must be able to walk an entire roof area identifying, photographing, and documenting all potential deficiencies with roof installation and able to coordinate any necessary repairs with installation team. Must be knowledgeable of roofing products, materials and proper installation.
· Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in asphalt shingle roofing
· Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
· Must be able to pass a drug test
· Must be able to provide references
**Spanish and English Bilingual a plus**
Schedule: Monday through Friday -- some weekend work will be required
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/Hour -- Pay based on experience with room to grow!
