Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

PriceEasy is a rapidly growing SaaS company headquartered in Houston, TX, transforming the fuel and convenience retail industry through analytics, pricing intelligence, and AI-driven insights. Our platform is trusted by major retailers globally to optimize pricing, location strategy, and retail operations.

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Executive Assistant who wants to be at the heart of a fast-scaling tech company. This is not a traditional admin role — it’s an immersive business operations experience working directly with the executive team, shaping presentations, supporting key decisions, and driving execution across multiple departments.

You’ll work directly with senior executives (including the CEO) to:

• Prepare and polish slide decks, presentations, and board materials
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and events
• Support with trade show logistics — coordinating materials, travel, and event schedules
• Help organize client meetings and follow-ups
• Gather data and insights for decision-making
• Support project tracking and day-to-day prioritization for leadership
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and speed at all times
  

• Bachelor’s degree (1–3 years post-graduation preferred)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive problem-solver; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable interacting with executives
