The Warranty Administrator is responsible for accurately processing sales or service warranty claims as defined by each manufacturer.
Qualified individuals will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to learn all dealer and manufacturer software and systems
- Maintain meticulous records
- Establish and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with business parters, technicians, and management.
- Act as customer advocate for all warranty issues
- Manage all warranty parts
- Follow assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
