NOW HIRING: PART TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
The Facilities Assistant is responsible for upkeep of the buildings, grounds and equipment.
- Assist with maintaining the grounds, buildings, and equipment associated with facilities maintenance
- Maintains grounds in clean, safe and orderly manner including mowing, trimming and weeding.
- Clean debris from grounds, pathways, and parking lot
- Perform routine janitorial housekeeping
- Carry out basic carpentry tasks as instructed
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, set up and break down of materials for company meetings
- Communicate with the Facilities Supervisor and coordinate completing work assignments
- Coordinated the necessary resources to assist with maintaining facilities
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Facilities Supervisor
- Follow all company policies and procedures; follow all written and verbal instructions
- Observe all safety guidelines, keep work area clean and report safety concerns to management
