We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support global supply chain operations through inventory management, supply allocation, and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will help ensure accurate supply planning by analyzing inbound freight, managing purchase order processes, maintaining ERP data, and collaborating with multiple internal teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inbound freight reports to ensure accurate receipt of inventory across distribution centers.
- Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and proactively resolve any issues that impact execution.
- Update daily supply allocations across demand channels using inbound freight data and supply projection models.
- Upload allocation data and factory commitments into Oracle Fusion according to established schedules.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Planning, Freight, Procurement, and Customer Experience, to support operational excellence.
- Document existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a supply chain, inventory planning, or supply planning role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and freight reports, identify discrepancies, and drive resolutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with supply planning or supply chain planning systems.
- Process improvement or operational excellence experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
