1. Basic SQL :
- SQL-based data validation
* Basic SQL query writing and data analysis.
* Experience with SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, and ORDER BY statements.
* Ability to retrieve, validate, and troubleshoot data from relational databases.
* Familiarity with database tools such as TOAD or SQL Developer.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Basic troubleshooting skills :
Clearly understand the issue and its impact, able to follow steps to reproduce the issue, Correlate logs, alerts, metrics, and DB data, Verify inputs, configurations, and transaction data before deeper investigation, Leverage previous incidents, tickets, and known issues to accelerate resolution, Form theories, test them systematically, and eliminate possibilities, Engage the right stakeholders when specialized expertise is required, Record findings, resolutions, and lessons learned to improve future troubleshooting efficiency
3. Intermediate on tools for log analysis :
splunk, toad, oracle, sql developer , Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and log analysis databases, cloud services to know and understand the flow amongst applications. Desirable - Basic ticketing tool management knowledge - to navigate Remedy for INC, CRQ, PBI, WOs
