Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Media Analyst / Program Coordinator to support communications measurement and media intelligence initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing the impact of communications efforts across traditional media, social media, and owned channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and news cycles related to key business and policy topics
- Provide qualitative summaries and quantitative insights from media and social conversations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to measure media impact and support strategic decision-making
- Support communications teams in defining and tracking KPIs for campaigns across earned, owned, paid, and social media channels
- Deliver timely insights and recommendations to stakeholders across global teams
- Assist in evaluating proactive and reactive communications initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in media analysis, communications, journalism, research, public relations, or related fields
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience managing multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with data sets and reporting tools
- Experience using media monitoring and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Cision, or similar tools
- Familiarity with media measurement methodologies and social media analytics
- Experience preparing media summaries, messaging materials, or executive reports
- Understanding of media metrics, performance analysis, and communications measurement strategies
