Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support an AI-driven HR Knowledge Management program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about knowledge operations, process improvement, and leveraging AI tools to enhance employee access to information.
Responsibilities:
- Organize HR documents in a knowledge base (policies, FAQs, guides, etc.)
- Use AI tools to tag, categorize, and improve searchability of content
- Find missing or outdated information and fix gaps
- Help teams create templates and process documents
- Move/migrate content between systems
- Track projects, deadlines, and updates across teams
- Coordinate with different HR/stakeholder groups
- Make reports and presentations on knowledge management progress
- Help employees find HR information when they ask
Key focus:
- Building and maintaining a clean, searchable HR knowledge system
- Supporting an AI-powered knowledge management program
- Making sure HR info is accurate, updated, and easy to access
