What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Process Analyst position at PRI Global?
Looking for candidates with 5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, and Workflow Automation.
Strong experience in Business Process Modeling, including documenting, mapping, and optimizing business processes.
Experience facilitating and leading small collaborative workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define process improvements.
Advanced hands-on experience with Power Automate, including designing, building, and implementing enterprise-level automation solutions.
Experience automating the generation of documents, portals, workflows, and business artifacts using information collected from various systems and forms.
Strong Business Process Analysis skills with the ability to ensure processes are well-defined, organized, documented, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.
The role will involve evaluating and improving existing processes and automations, while also contributing to future-state process design and automation initiatives from the ground up.
