We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in healthcare technology. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. Success in this position requires a strong pipeline development strategy, market trend awareness, forecasting skills, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Grow Prevounce’s market share within the Remote Care Management market.
- Meet or exceed quarterly new client contract targets.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets within assigned territories.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across both regional and national markets.
- Build a profitable regional portfolio by targeting B2B opportunities (e.g., providers, hospitals, health systems, IDNs, FQHCs/RHCs).
- Expand revenue streams from existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings (remote or in-person) based on prospect needs.
- Represent Prevounce solutions by understanding client challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
- Communicate expertly the value of all Prevounce solutions through presentations and proposals to potential clients and current customers.
- Maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.
- Effectively manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize and maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems and other systems.
- Communication of sales obstacles, challenges and opportunities to Management.
- Participate and attend conferences and trade shows as needed.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by Management.
- Travel as required (20–40%).
- 3–5 years of B2B healthcare sales or business development experience delivering recurring revenue in the healthcare SaaS or IT verticals.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing deals both virtually and face-to-face.
- Strong initiative, bias for action, and a results-driven mindset.
- Documented negotiation and influence experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High comfort level with technology and CRM tools.
- Flexible, collaborative team player.
- Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience in medical CCM, RPM, telehealth, or SaaS environments.
- Healthcare C-Suite selling experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
