Hours per week
17.5 hours with a need to be flexible and work occasional nights and/or weekend days.

General Description
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, Community Education, this position involves supporting daily projects and collaborative initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in various organizational tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
Responsibilities
· Ability to support agency staff in an on-site setting
· Greet and attend to walk-in patrons with business/questions/concerns
· Responsible for answering and directing community information and referrals
· Assist with daily organizational tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, printing, mailing, and additional duties assigned by manager
· Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
· Collaborate with team members on community education initiatives and events
· Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations for programs throughout the agency
· Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
· Respond to inquiries from community members and stakeholders with clarity and courtesy
· Assist in data entry and report generation as needed
· Contribute to team meetings by sharing updates and providing input on ongoing projects
· Perform additional duties assigned to support the team and its objectives
Required Skills and Experience
· Must possess a friendly and engaging demeanor that enjoys meeting new people and forming new relationships
· A self-starter, able to work on a team and recognize the value of teamwork
· Previous experience in a coordination or support role, preferably in a community education or nonprofit environment
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience directing referral inquiries and providing customer service
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
· Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members both on video and in-person
Education Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
· Experience in project assistance, or community education is a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
