Product Marketing Manager

About the Opportunity

Prevail Recruiting is partnering with an energy hardware company seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own both marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll shape how the company reaches customers, communicates product value, and supports sales. This is broader than a traditional messaging-only PMM role—you’ll own positioning, campaigns, content, and marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Execute campaigns across the website, email, LinkedIn, and events; create content and coordinate PR and creative resources.
• Build sales collateral, presentations, competitive battlecards, and buyer tools.
• Track website performance, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline contribution through HubSpot or similar tools.
• Gather customer and sales feedback to improve messaging, campaigns, and product decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• Approximately 5 years in product marketing or B2B marketing for technical or physical products.
• Hands-on experience with positioning, campaign execution, website content, and sales enablement—not just managing agencies.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn complex products into compelling customer-facing content.
• Experience measuring marketing performance, working in a CRM, and connecting marketing activity to sales outcomes.

Experience in energy, industrial equipment, capital equipment, hardware, or construction-adjacent products is preferred. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning technical products and explaining their value.
