We’re hiring a Commercial Insurance Department Manager to oversee a team of Account Managers, optimize operations, and partner with executive leadership to scale performance and client outcomes.

This is a visible leadership role reporting to the COO, ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving workflows, and driving measurable business results.

What You’ll Own

🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Account Managers

🔹 Drive performance across retention, service delivery, and revenue growth

🔹 Oversee renewals, workflows, and operational efficiency

🔹 Partner with Producers on account strategy and client retention

🔹 Improve processes, reporting, and Applied Epic workflows

🔹 Support complex accounts, escalations, and client strategy

🔹 Contribute to leadership discussions and company growth initiatives

What You Bring

✔ 7 years in Commercial Insurance

✔ 3 years leading teams

✔ Strong knowledge of commercial lines agency operations

✔ Experience with AMS platforms (Applied Epic preferred)

✔ Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and team development
