We are a Nurse Practitioner owned medical spa located in Denver and Encinitas where we specialize in preventative medical aesthetics with natural & transformative results. We are looking for a full time experienced registered nurse/nurse practitioner to join our growing team. We specialize in cosmetic injectables including injectable neuromodulators and dermal fillers as well as additional injectable services (Sculptra, IV fluids, PRF/Exosomes). We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, ambitious, and excited about this industry! The right person will also have excellent communication skills, dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to helping our practice grow. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results while working in a high paced environment. As an aesthetic nurse injector, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes and exceptional experiences to every client. Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow in ways that optimize procedures & sales goals
- Provide thorough, meticulous consultations and aesthetic injections to patients
- Ensure & prioritize patient safety
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room. You be will responsible for cleaning and maintaining proper working order for all equipment as well as prepare all materials and supplies needed for each appointment
- Create and maintain charts using electronic medical record system, photos, and patient documentation. Update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Follow-up with clients after procedures
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Represent our practice in a professional manner at all times
- Social media posting
- Business savvy with a sales mentality as you will be building your own clientele
Skills
- Proven 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner
- 1 year of injecting experience is preferred. Position will be trained one on one with owner & nurse practitioner, Michelle Paty
- Expertise and clinical competence of injection techniques, anatomy, and preventing and managing complications
- Excellent team and individual work skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms
Job Type: Full Time. This position is commission only, with a tiered, incentivized earning structure.
Salary: Commission - earn up to $200,000/yearly
Training: 2-3 months, $17/hour
Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shifts. Days and hours are flexible - must be available to work on Saturdays
Experience:
- 2 years Nursing experience (Required) NP license & experience (Preferred)
- I year injecting experience (Preferred)
License/Certification:
