Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to deliver outstanding, natural-looking results for our patients. You will perform the full range of injectable treatments, conduct Good Faith Exams, and build lasting patient relationships all under the oversight of our Medical Director. This is a high-earning role for a skilled injector who wants autonomy, a steady patient flow, and a brand that invests in their growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler (Juvederm, Restylane) treatments
• Administer advanced treatments including Sculptra, Kybella, and PRP/PRF
• Conduct Good Faith Exams and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in Zenoti
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and home care
• Drive patient retention through exceptional care and consistent follow-up
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, standardized procedures, and Medical Director oversight
• Capture before/after photography per protocol (with patient consent)

Qualifications

• Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing
• NP furnishing number / appropriate prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Zenoti practice management software is preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• A refined aesthetic eye and a genuine, patient-centered approach
• Professional, warm communication style consistent with a luxury brand

Compensation

• Base pay: $70–$90 per hour, depending on experience
• Commission: 8–12% on services personally performed
• Monthly production bonus for top performers
• Realistic total compensation: $150,000–$200,000 per year at full schedule

This is a W-2 position employed by Enclave Med Spa Inc.
