What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect products and support quality checks to ensure top-tier standards
- Analyze defects, scrap, and rework trends to uncover improvement opportunities
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Support audits, compliance efforts, and quality documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to solve real issues
- Help build and improve procedures, work instructions, and reporting tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field

Preferred:
- Interest in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing
- Experience with Excel or data analysis
- Exposure to ISO, GMP, or quality systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
