Own the technical heartbeat of a high-volume plastics plant. As our Plastics Molding Operations Engineering Manager, you’ll guide a team of 15–17 technicians and operators, take end-to-end responsibility for the tool room, molds, and machine performance, and turn great processes into outstanding results. - 2 years leading technical teams
- Deep skills in tooling, mold repair, and machine maintenance
- Hands-on time with Aoki, Uniloy, and Sumitomo equipment
- Proven record in continuous improvement and change management
- Clear communicator who ties technical decisions to business impact
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they escalate
- A builder of people and processes who raises the bar
- A leader fluent in both technical detail and business outcomes
- Equally comfortable on the floor and at the strategy table
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent hands-on experience strongly considered
