You coordinate with the safety technicians you supervise, review findings, and guide them on corrective actions. Throughout the day, you rely on HACCP principles to keep processes in control, and you draw on familiarity with BRC standards when applicable.
What you bring
- Experience in plastics manufacturing; background in food manufacturing is preferred.
- Hands-on with HACCP; awareness of BRC is a plus.
- Ability to lead and coach safety technicians.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
