As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you’ll turn complex problems into repeatable solutions and directly elevate plant performance.

Your Mission

• Safeguard uptime with thorough preventive maintenance, inspections, and precision repairs.
• Tackle complex faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC domains.
• Act fast when equipment fails—restore operation and prevent recurrence.
• Capture accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment histories.
• Enable new capability through equipment installations, modifications, testing, and start-up.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to push reliability higher.
• Champion continuous improvement with practical, data-driven suggestions.
• Contribute to planned shutdowns, product changeovers, and priority projects.
• Model 5S discipline and maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards without compromise.

Capabilities We Value

Baseline

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/food production.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting acumen.
• Competence with mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
• Fluency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical literature.
• Comfort with hand and power tools, precision measurement, and diagnostic instruments.
• Organized, solutions-focused, and effective both solo and on a team.
• Willingness to cover overtime, weekends, and holidays as operations require.

Advantageous

• Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical degree in Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or related disciplines.
• Background with PLCs, automation systems, VFDs, robotics, and industrial controls.
• Recognized skilled-trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Welding, etc.).
• Experience in food manufacturing and understanding of GMPs.

Physical Realities of the Role

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb regularly.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs on a routine basis.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
• Wear required PPE consistently.
