Description:
As a Carpenter Shop Laborer at Prestressed Concrete Construction, LLC, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the building of the forms for our high-quality precast/prestressed concrete products. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various tasks related to form production, including but not limited to measuring and cutting pieces, and assembling.
- Operate hand tools, and power tools under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure the safe and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be trained in a construction environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is preferred.
