Position Overview
The Irrigation Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, personnel, and client relationships within the Irrigation Division. This leadership role manages field production, financial performance, and strategic growth while ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction remain top priorities.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong irrigation background and proven management experience who is ready to lead a growing branch and make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the Irrigation Division
Oversee a team of irrigation technicians, assistants, and field staff
Develop and execute schedules to ensure timely and quality project completion
Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure satisfaction
Monitor branch financials including labor efficiency, material usage, and budget performance
Drive training, safety practices, and team development
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless service delivery
Report on KPIs and contribute to long-term planning and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
7 years of experience in commercial irrigation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Deep knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, water management, and troubleshooting
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong technology skills including CRMs, Service Management Software, Outlook, etc.
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications or education in Irrigation, Business, or Landscape Management a plus
