- Lead and manage multiple tree care crews safely and efficiently
- Oversee pruning, removals, and other arborcare work to meet high standards
- Plan jobs, assign tasks, and boost crew performance
- Track equipment, coordinate maintenance, and handle admin tasks
- Communicate with management and clients to ensure satisfaction
- 3 years hands-on tree care experience
- Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred)
- ISA Certified Arborist (preferred)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Physical ability to work in the field
- Bonus: Production management or crew leadership experience
