The Sales & Production Coordinator assists the division with scheduling projects, tracking progress and expenses, and communicating with other team members, performing various tasks described in more detail below.
As a Sales & Production Coordinator, you would be responsible for:
- Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department
- Daily review & approval of crew members' time into SingleOps
- Answering customer phone calls and scheduling leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management
- Enter Leads, Jobs into the system as needed and assisting with Scheduling
- Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses
- Support the delivery of change and communication activities associated with current projects
- Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division
- Serves as a project liaison to other team members and divisions
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
