Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The BCBA will assess, develop, and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and analyze behavior patterns. The role involves providing direct support and guidance to clients, supervising behavior technicians, and actively engaging with caregivers through parent education and training. Collaboration with other team members and maintaining accurate program documentation will also be core responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to support families and caregivers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to behavior intervention
- Supervisory experience, including guiding behavior technicians
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid Texas LBA
- Texas Medicaid Credentialing a PLUS
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
