Role Description
This is a part-time, REMOTE POSITION for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Responsibilities also include training caregivers, monitoring data collection, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Proficiency in Behavior Management and Parent Education strategies
- Strong foundation in Psychology and related principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
- Experience in providing behavior analysis services to diverse age groups
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and implement appropriate interventions
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
