Sales Consultant
Preston Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious person to become a Sales Consultant This role provides support throughout the sales process, without actually closing the sale.
As a Sales Consultant you'll be the finishing touch on every sale — getting vehicles delivery-ready, guiding customers through paperwork, and making sure new owners leave confident in every feature of their vehicle. This role is a great launching point for someone ambitious who wants to build a career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist the salesperson once a sale has been completed
- Get the vehicle ready for delivery
- Guide customers through the paperwork process
- Introduce customers to dealership personnel
- Demonstrate key vehicle features to the new owner
- Ensure every guest receives the highest level of customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
