Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background and the right attitude.

What You’ll Do
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Work showroom, phone, internet, and referral opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong customer base
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers
- Use dealership CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities
- Stay current on Ford products, features, incentives, and technology
- Work closely with management and the sales team to achieve monthly goals
- Develop repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Proven sales or customer-service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
