Project Manager (Electrical) – Data Center / Mission Critical
Texas (Onsite)
$110,000 – $175,000 Bonus (10–20%)
We’re partnering with established, ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors delivering major data center projects across Texas.
If you’re currently delivering electrical construction projects but not getting exposure to data centers, this is a strong entry point into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the U.S.
Projects typically range from $50M–$200M electrical packages, including ground-up and expansion builds for leading operators.
The Role
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects end-to-end
- Lead teams to deliver safely, on time, and on budget
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage client relationships and project financials (forecasting, change orders)
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and engineering
- Drive project performance and profitability
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ electrical construction project management experience
- Experience on data centers, mission critical, or large-scale commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and site delivery
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Exposure to tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC (preferred)
