Location: Austin, TX (Relocation Support Available)
Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 Bonus Long-Term Growth
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a rapidly scaling infrastructure platform delivering next-generation AI and hyperscale data center campuses across Texas.
Due to major project demand, they are hiring multiple Data Center Construction Managers to lead ground-up developments and oversee top-tier General Contractors on complex, high-value builds.
This is a rare opportunity to step out of the congestion and cost of the Bay Area and into a role where you can have real ownership, influence, and long-term progression on some of the most advanced infrastructure projects in the US.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading ground-up data center construction projects from early-stage through delivery
- Managing and holding General Contractors accountable across schedule, cost, and quality
- Driving construction strategy across multiple phases of hyperscale developments
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across design, commercial, and delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with mission-critical performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects
- Proven track record on ground-up / greenfield builds
- Strong experience managing General Contractor performance
- Background with leading GC’s or data center developers/operators
