Preston Estate Planning is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are one of California's leading estate planning law firms, serving thousands of families through our comprehensive Life Plan program. We are seeking someone who is dependable, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
Administrative Assistants play an important role in supporting several areas of our firm, with responsibilities tailored to the needs of the department they join. Whether working behind the scenes to keep our office running smoothly or helping clients navigate the estate planning process, every member of our team contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience.

- Is highly organized and enjoys working within established processes.
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
- Notices when something doesn't look quite right and enjoys figuring out what needs to happen next.
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Is comfortable learning new technology and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Works well independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
- Actively engages in training, takes good notes, retains new information, and isn't afraid to ask questions or seek guidance when needed.
- Accepts feedback with a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Current Notary Public commission preferred but not required.
