Description
- Lead and inspire our Service and Parts Departments — driving excellence in customer satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, maximize productivity, and elevate the guest experience.
- Coach and mentor department managers, advisors, and technicians to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain the highest levels of CSI, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee parts inventory management, warranty processes, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with the GM to align service and parts operations with dealership-wide goals.
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Proven Leadership Experience — Minimum of 5 years in a Fixed Operations, Service, or Parts leadership role within an automotive dealership.
- Track Record of Success — Demonstrated ability to grow department performance, improve CSI scores, and achieve profitability goals.

- GM Dealership Experience – A strong understanding of General Motors service and parts operations is a plus, but not required.
- CDK Dealership Management System Experience – Familiarity with CDK is a plus, but not required; we’re happy to train the right leader.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed.
