Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell services ethically and maintain high CSI scores
- CDK or CDJR experience is a huge plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to walk the service drive and stand for extended periods
