- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Clearly communicate technician recommendations
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Work closely with technicians and service management
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to professionally present and sell recommended services
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Ford or other franchise dealership experience is a plus
