You’ll travel to customers, businesses, and fleets in a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van, performing maintenance, diagnostics, recalls, repairs, and more—all while delivering an exceptional on-site experience.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following:
Technical & Experience Requirements
- Automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform maintenance, light repair, diagnostics, and recall work
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Ability to use Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software (training provided)
- Must complete all Ford-required training and certifications, including:
- Ford STARS training
- Ford Mobile Service training modules
- Ford diagnostic and electrical training
- Ongoing Ford web-based and in-person training as released
- Willingness to maintain and update certifications as Ford standards evolve
- High level of independence, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors, on the road, and in various environments
- Strong organizational habits to maintain a clean and efficient mobile service van
- Ability to represent the dealership with trust, confidence, and professionalism
