Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
- Conduct business development activities including lead generation, cold calling, and networking to identify potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including product demos, negotiations, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering customized product or service solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Manage territory accounts effectively through proactive communication, account management strategies, and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques that support business development efforts.
