Role: Senior Project Manager – Wellness & Construction Projects
Reports to: Director, Project Management
Location: NYC or South Florida (4 days a week in-office if NY)
Salary range: $105k-$120k

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from the moment they are sold through final delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and capacity to manage multiple stakeholders across departments and on-site teams.
What You’ll Do
• Manage projects from post-sale handoff through final delivery and project completion
• Coordinate and lead meetings with clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and progress
• Work closely with drafting teams to manage drawings and technical documentation
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Prepare and manage material lists required for project execution
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to procure required materials
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to schedule deliveries to job sites
• Collaborate with the technical department to resolve design or engineering questions
• Oversee project execution and monitor progress to ensure alignment with schedule and scope
• Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively resolve conflicts
• Ensure field teams and foremen comply with safety standards and quality execution guidelines
• Monitor project costs and support efforts to keep projects within budget
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage project billing milestones and coordinate vendor payment schedules
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience
• Strong working proficiency of Revit and CAD
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and project logistics
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across departments
• Ability to anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions
Preferred:
• Experience working in construction, architecture, engineering, or specialty contracting environments
