Requirements
- 10 years of progressive IT experience, with significant expertise in Microsoft collaboration and productivity solutions
- 5 years of management experience leading technical teams supporting enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems including Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Proven experience in platform configuration, migration, and automation of Office365 tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, migration plans, and training programs
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate hands-on while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced growth environment
- Lead the development and execution of a standardized process for onboarding acquired companies within the organization’s Microsoft ecosystem
- Configure, automate, and oversee migration of data and collaboration content from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 platforms
- Serve as the technical expert for Office365 architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and platform stability
- Design and implement training programs, including hosting user training sessions to promote effective adoption of collaboration tools
- Develop and maintain platform standards, governance policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and security
- Manage technical escalations related to Microsoft platforms, providing expert support and resolution
- Continuously evaluate new features and emerging technologies to optimize collaboration and automation efforts
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics for platform adoption, service quality, and operational efficiency
