Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities and deadlines
- Strong judgment and ability to decipher priorities
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence with people at all levels
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong organization, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think with urgency and adapt across multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
- Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and flight/hotel logistics
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support internal and external communications
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and company events
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
