Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 12 years in technology services, enterprise program management, or related fields
- 5 years managing large-scale, global programs with offshore or nearshore teams
- Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders (Director, VP, CIO)
- Strong vendor management, governance, and risk mitigation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences
- Ability to influence across multiple cultures and geographies
- Lead and coordinate global delivery programs across multiple regions, including Mexico, India, and Europe
- Serve as the key contact for customer stakeholders and internal leadership, translating needs into actionable plans
- Oversee partner relationships, including governance, escalation, resource planning, and performance monitoring
- Review and validate partner solutions, ensuring alignment with business and quality standards
- Manage program risks, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization efforts
- Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and strategic recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, including automation and modernization efforts
- Promote a cohesive, transparent communication environment across all stakeholders
