Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be technically strong but business-facing, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This company has a family-oriented culture, so professionalism, collaboration, and approachability are key.

Experience & Background:

• 7 years of experience in web development (no strict cap on total years of experience).
• Ecommerce experience is essential - candidates without it will struggle to translate business needs into their work.
• Prior exposure to AI concepts is preferred - general awareness and some self-learning or hands-on experimentation are sufficient.

Titles Considered:

• Senior Manager - for candidates ready to take the next step in their career.
• Associate Director - for those making a lateral move at a similar level.

Technical Skills:

• Drupal: building, site management, and overall architecture knowledge.
• POS systems: experience with migrations or integrations.
• Testing & troubleshooting: ability to understand business impact and dependencies.
• Integration experience: particularly with ecommerce platforms.
• GitHub, Jira proficiency.
• Exposure to privacy policies, ADA compliance, and cookie management.

Other Details:

• Bonus: Eligible for up to 10% of annual salary, based on company performance.
