Medical Assistant (East Cobb)

Prestige Staffing is searching for a CMA or RMA for a women's practice in the Marietta, GA area. This is a contract to hire role where we are looking for the right fit. We offer excellent benefits. Details:
Pay - $20-23.50/hr.
Hours - M-TH - 7:30-5:00 and Fri 7:30-12:00
Type - Full time contract to potential hire

Job Duties:
• Prepare patients for gynecologic exams and hormone therapy visits
• Record vitals and clinical notes in ModMed
• Assist providers with pelvic exams and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Administer injections • Educate patients on menopause and hormone therapy
• Communicate with patients through Klara
• Maintain stocked exam rooms

Requirements:

• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant in good standing or MA with several years of Gyn experience
• 2 years Hands on medical assistant experience with internal medicine, gynecology, internal medicine or urgent care
• EMR experience with ModMed, Epic, Cerner, etc.
• Portal communication experience with Klara, Epic, etc.
• HIPAA & OSHA knowledgeable
• Able to do blood draws 
• Experience giving injections

Salary : $20 - $24
