About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on, and versatile Construction & Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing company. Our work includes roofing, general contracting, property maintenance, repairs, and a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes initiative, can work independently, and is comfortable balancing project supervision with hands-on work. The right candidate will help oversee job sites, maintain properties, transport material deliveries, transport construction debris, and assist with construction tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities while helping keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Construction & Project Supervision
- Assist with overseeing roofing, general contracting, and other construction projects.
- Monitor job progress, workmanship, materials, and job-site organization.
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and that job sites are maintained in a safe and orderly condition.
- Identify issues on-site and communicate updates, delays, or additional needs to management.
Property Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform general handyman services and routine maintenance.
- Assist with minor repairs, painting, patching, fixture replacements, and general upkeep.
Material Deliveries & Debris Removal
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to transport tools, equipment, and construction materials between suppliers, properties, and job sites.
- Tow a construction trailer to transport and dispose of construction debris at approved disposal facilities.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Keep the company vehicle, trailer, and tools clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Assist with material pickups, supply runs, and other operational errands as needed.
Hands-On Construction Support
- Assist roofing crews and other trades with labor and general construction tasks when needed.
- Help with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and project closeout.
- Be willing to step in and assist wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Experience towing a trailer and safely hauling construction materials or debris preferred.
- Ability to operate a truck or work vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, repairs, and job-site safety.
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift and carry materials, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to travel between job sites and assist with different types of projects as business needs change.

- Company vehicle provided for authorized work-related use.
