Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, responsible for driving growth and expanding Prestige Janitorial Services’ client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers, as well as preparing customized proposals and presentations that highlight service offerings. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure accurate scope development, pricing, and seamless onboarding of new accounts. This position also requires monitoring market trends, tracking sales performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales prospecting, and relationship management focused on B2B services.
- Experience with account management, client retention, and contract negotiation in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email/online research for lead generation.
